FEES AND CONTRACT:
An application fee of $75 is due with the initial application for admission and is non-refundable.
The enrollment contract and tuition become binding on June 1st. After June 1st, parents are obligated to pay tuition according to the school withdrawal policy, whether or not their child completes the school year.
TUITION DEPOSIT
A tuition deposit of $450 is due with the initial application for admission and is applied to tuition or is refundable per the terms of the Tuition Deposit Agreement, which is submitted as part of the online application.
TUITION DEPOSIT DISCOUNT
With the payment of the $450 tuition deposit, new students will receive the same $600 reduction in tuition as offered to our returning students during their re-enrollment.
MULTIPLE CHILD DISCOUNT
There is a tuition reduction for multiple children enrolled at FCS from the same household at the following rates: the second student’s discount will be $600, the third student’s discount will be $900, and the fourth and any subsequent student’s discount will be $1,200.

The fact that tuition can be paid in installments does not constitute a fractional contract. After June 1st, in the event of absence, withdrawal, or dismissal from FCS, no portion of the tuition, paid or outstanding, will be refunded or canceled by the school outside of the school’s withdrawal policy.
All tuition payments made in installments are collected via bank draft by FACTS Tuition Management, Inc. (FACTS). All families are required to create an account with FACTS during the online enrollment process.

- 3D Design and Photography $75
- ACT Test Preparation Course Fee (high school juniors) $100
- Dual Enrollment Fee: (per course) is yet to be determined due to ongoing changes in the Dual Enrollment Grant program offered by the state of Tennessee. *Available to qualified 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students.
- Advanced Placement (AP) Fee: $95 AP testing fee (or current price as set by AP).
